Unfortunately day I had an appointment. My weather strips x 4 were not in stock.
Upon arriving very welcoming as I entered Alex was helpful in explaining what was going on with my car.
Paula communicated clearly and promptly about the work being completed during my visit, she provided an accurate wait time for me and was overall very helpful.
Took longer for the warranty repair as they ran test with the help of corporate before finally replacing the part. No loaner for days became an issue. Alex handled a bad situation well. You need a better plan when calls to corporate is required.
Everyone was very helpful land knowledgeable, Steve Martin took great care of my car and I was very pleased with the service
