I can not say enough about how wonderful the service dept. is at Shottenkirk Honda of Davis. I have known Jennifer in service for over 20 years! Everyone in service is kind, respectful, explains things well and they always do fantastic work. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable, they have a gourmet coffee machine and bottled water for customers, and they commuincate clearly about how much repairs will cost, options, how long the repair will take and whether or not you want to be shuttled home or wait in the waiting area.
