I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived, checked in and Luis told me he would keep me updated. He texted the status and let me know the exhaust was being replaced. All work was under warranty. I picked up the car and it functions perfectly.
Staff was very friendly, my concerns where addressed appropiatetly. The only negative I can mention where the wait times, but other than that really appreciate the help and service.
Always professional Sales always helpful and finance did a great job. This is about the 10th car I've bought from this dealership.
Was out and wasn't in there for more than an hour. I'll usually be in Rivard for 2 almost 3 hour's. Edgar was briefly explained the process and also gave me some worksheets to look at to keep up with maintenance as the it should reflect the mileage
