I hadn’t had an experience at a dealership as pleasant and seamless as this one. Charlie was so kind and knowledgeable, and only wants what is in your best interest. I couldn’t have asked for a better human being to work with!

Charlie is fantastic! From the beginning he was very complimentary and kind towards my son and I. He shared great stories and pictures of his stellar military career during our long wait. He respected every word I said and our limits on making a deal. This was my 18 year old son’s very first purchase on his own, he secured his own financing ahead of time. Charlie respected that, he was more like a human and a fellow parent than a salesman. I wish I could say that for the finance guy in the back. I hope they’re not all the same. It was very sales pitched, even though we were supposed to to be done and signing papers, he was aggressive for a sale of their maintenance packages expecting my son to over extend himself and pay interest on garbage packages. He wanted to re pull my son’s credit and shop for financing when we were already done. It felt really greedy. When I finally put my foot down that we were not interested in anything except signing, his attitude changed to cold and basically rude. He stole the joy from us during an important and special moment for our son just for his own gain. No thank you, means no thank you. Thankfully we had such wonderful treatment from Charlie, he overall made the experience a pleasure. As it should be. If you happen to see Charlie, don’t forget to thank him for his service. 🇺🇸🫡
