My experience from McFarland Ford of Rochester was excellent from the time I dropped off the vehicle to the time I picked it up. The service department treated me with the utmost respect. I was truly impressed with the communication from start to finish!
Went in for a routine service and the advisor noticed my top on my Bronco was cracked. They had a new one there within a week, provided me with a loaner vehicle and had the vehicle done within 24 hours. I didn’t even buy the vehicle there, but I can assure you the service department secured a customer for life from here on out!
