While at Pappas Toyota, I felt welcome and comfortable. I was greeted by Ryan Lauer. He showed me a Platimun Highlander Hybrid and I took it for.a test drive. This turned out to be the vehicle I purchased from him a few days later. I never felt pressured... just a friendly, relaxed environment. Financing went well with Glenn Ritter. He was informative and sincere. I would recommend Pappas Toyota.
