The Sales Specialist, Hank Carpenter, went out of his way to get me acclimated with lots of different choices, was very knowledgeable about all vehicles and made me feel like I was the only one in the store even though I know he was juggling different customers. He is a true pro. My purchased could not have gone any smoother or faster. From Sales, to Finance to Service, I was in and out on my time versus having to wait on a number of different unknown delays that I often run into in buying cars.
