Outstanding Experience – Truly Above and Beyond! I had an incredible experience at this dealership, thanks to Arman and Jason. From start to finish, Arman was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for during the entire process. Even when I told him I needed time to think about the purchase, he didn’t pressure me. Instead, he made sure I knew that my experience and satisfaction were a priority. After leaving, I decided to move forward with the vehicle and called them back. Arman and his team didn’t hesitate—they arranged for an Uber to bring me back to the dealership! That level of service truly impressed me. Once I returned, I worked with the finance manager, Jason, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also friendly and funny. He worked hard to get me a great deal and even took the time to share valuable financial tips that I can use moving forward.

When I visited the Lease Return Center I was pleasantly surprised of the dealerships inventory, organization, and neatness.Jason , in sales was expecting me and it was VERY busy inside. I was amazed at the way every employee worked so well together . Jason had the car I was interested in brought from an inventory lot, placed a dealer tag on the car and said enjoy a great test drive. From my first "hello" to Jason there was NO doubt he was very knowledgeable,helpful,and a genuine person. Although the result of that day didn't make the sale I continued calling regarding the car. And Jason always took time to talk to me and explain any questions I had It was my reluctance and in NO way anything to do with Jason that I shunned any forward progress. On March 1,2024 Jason in the finance department contacted be regarding purchasing the car. I returned to the dealership and again was greeted with the utmost friendliness and respect spoke to Jason in sales and the sat down with Jason in finance.I made an appointment to revisit on March 6, 2024 to close the deal on the car. Yes so far this has been a long review, however please continue. When I met both Jason's on March 6, 2024 again a very welcoming and pleasant attitude was there. I sat down with Jason in finance and I was amazed at the many options and choices he took time to find for the best of my deal. If you have got this far in my review I would absolutely suggest you visit the Lease Return Center take a look at the inventory ( no vehicles in bad order ) and begin a car buying experience you will enjoy and certainly not soon to forget !!! There are many employees at this dealership I had the opportunity to meet and experience 2 excellent Guys in the car business. Jason and Jason I do thank you. After researching cars and dealerships for months trying to find a dealer that wasn’t taking advantage of the current market to jack up the price of a used vehicle, I found a great deal at Lease Return Center. The dealership stands behind each of their sales and I couldn’t have asked for a more straight forward deal with no hidden costs. I was even given a military discount and I didn’t even know they offered that. Ryan the sales manager was incredible because he did no pressure tactics that sales dealers usually do and offered up front cost analysis with no hidden fees or trickery.
