They were fast and friendly and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my truck.
Bill was very courteous, friendly and professional My son has a 2013 Honda Civic and he will be taking his car to Franklin Ford for future maintenance, etc.
Sabrina was wonderful for offering the concierge of pickup and drop off and Mike was great with the calls of explaining what my truck needed and cost. I would definitely recommend Franklin Ford for service and purchase. Sergei was a great salesman.
