We were ready to purchase a Toyota either first by loan, if not then by cash, which we mentioned to Kaitlyn, the sales girl. Kaitlyn took our credit card deposit of $2500, and we applied for the loan. We were denied the loan, but we corrected the issue in 5 minutes and emailed them the confirmation of the corrected issue. Kaitlyn then called and reached our voice mail to let us know they had a buyer in person, and did we still want the truck. She chose to ignore the email with the corrected information, and when we called her back 30 minutes later she said her manager didn't want to wait for our response and just sold the truck out from under us. Keep in mind we paid a deposit. Very shady dealership, with no integrity or character, and don't care even if you reserve the vehicle.
Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.
Customer Service Rep answered all my questions and concerns. I was never pressured. Explained all the safety features of the vehicle. I am a repeat customer, having bought a new Camry from this dealer in 2008.
I had an appointment for a Recall and to have a new ignition key made and programmed to my vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership the service rep Marge happened to be outside and welcomed me to the dealership and said she would meet me inside. By the time I got inside to the Service Desk she had already started the repair order for my vehicle. She also asked if I was having any issues with my car, asked if I would like a courtesy ride anywhere. My vehicle was taken in within 10 minutes of my arrival and I left the dealership within 30 minutes. Was very pleased with the coordination between the Parts and Service departments, while I was checking in at the Service desk Chad the Parts Manager brought over the part that I had ordered so that time was not wasted by Service looking for the part. Could not ask for a better experience.
No glitches, the salesman took care of everything and anticipated most of my questions. There was a minor problem with the radio and I took the truck back the next day and they fixed it while I waited.
