They were very helpful but not overbearing as some dealerships can be. They were attentive to all my thoughts and concerns and answered my questions honestly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

Machanic was dirty, got in and out of my car and it still smells like Burnt oil. Left used oil all over my belly pan . I would think that a dealer would be more concerned about cleanliness than some quick lube place but now I have my concerns.

Had the opportunity of using Family Ford for a required service on my company truckwhich is a 2019 F-150. We are required to always have services done at a dealership when we can't do so in-house and Family Ford was the only one with availability in comparison to some of the bigger dealerships who had wait times up to two weeks out. Went to their location in St. Georges which was only about 25 minutes away from my workplace in Walterboro, and was greeted and warmly received. I waited for my vehicle and it took less than 1 hour to do the requested services and I was on my way back to work. I got their "The Works" service which includes a free tire rotation along with the other items I'm required to get.

Very easy going, friendly and helpful. Benny was very informative and helpful through the whole process. I will buy my next vehicle from him.
