We didn’t want to deal with a pushy salesman, and Caleb was exactly what we needed. He was phenomenal to work with—laid back, personable, and extremely professional. There was never any pressure or rushing through the process. We test drove multiple vehicles at both the Swansboro and Jacksonville locations, and he was thorough in explaining everything along the way. When we couldn’t decide on the first day, Caleb and the team even let us take one of the vehicles home overnight to really get a feel for it. That level of trust and customer service meant a lot. Sanders Ford was our first stop on our search to find a new SUV. We searched all around Eastern North Carolina and ended up back where we started at Sanders. Tyler did an excellent job in assisting us with the whole process and his follow up has been impeccable. All of our interactions with Tyler (and Kevin) were low-key with a no-pressure attitude.
