I was sold a truck with multiple issues that should have been caught on inspection I had death wobble bad camera cupped tires popping from fuel pump I was told to deal with the tires as they would do nothing to replace them after spending 68k with them now I have a truck that shakes and pulls to the right going down the road and they claim it's acceptable shame on you wade Ford this was my 2nd vehicle from you as a loyal customer never again will you get my business

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. The truck I purchased did not come with the tires/wheels as advertised. Their service department decided to swap out them out with another truck. The dealership made ZERO effort to correct the issue and made no offer for replacements. They clearly do not put their customer's needs first and will never get another dollar out of me or anyone I know looking for recommendations where to buy their next vehicle. Returned business is not something they value. Management had an opportunity to remedy the situation after admitting they “fell short” and still decided to ignore any request. Do not trust these people for your next vehicle.

Wade Ford's "No Service" department is the worst I have ever encountered. They have been such a waste of my time, money and energy. It would take me so long to describe all the offenses, so I will highlight the best of the worst. 1) You can't get anyone on the phone. EVER. Online chat was no better. 2) They don't offer service. EVER. One time they had my car for 4 days and never touched it or bothered to call me. I had to walk there to find out because (see #1). 3) They sold me a lifetime oil change package when I bought my car that I can't use because (see #1 and #2). 4) The service department closed early one day, they never called me, and then the people in the sales dept. told me I could not get my car. The GM was nice enough to find my key and — SURPRISE! — no work had been done on my car all day.

ad the most horrible experience with Wade Ford Service. I had my car towed in on a Monday morning with a possible bad battery. And an oil change, tire rotation. My Battery was only two years old. They said Ford Motor craft did not warranty any battery over two years. Well, it was not quite a month over two years. I called the dealership I got it from, and they confirmed I had a three-year warranty on it. They first called and said the Battery was bad but did not fix the issue. I had wiring issues. After waiting all day with no return call, no response to text or email. I was finally called said there was no wiring issues it was a corroded battery cable. They quoted me a much higher price for an oil change that I normally get at another dealership. So, I told them if it would be cheaper, I get my tire rotation free from the people I got them from. Last night they did not do the tire rotation and was charging me for it. I told them to do it and I would pick it up the next day around noon. I get there to pick it up waited for a while finally I had got another service writer to check me out. The one who had my ticked mentioned a noise in my rear end. I am like I have not heard one at all. I got in my car pulled forward it sounded like I was dragging something. I asked them what it was one went out and looked said it was a shock that was exploded I am like it had to of been something some one there done. And why was I not told that yesterday. Even the person doing the tire rotation should have seen it. I waited to speak with the service manager he had another customer in his office. As soon as he left two young men went in right in front of me. I through my hands up and told them I would never be back. I am not done to figure out if the noise is due to them. 😡😡😡 Smyrna tire called me this morning The noise was coming from a break line that was almost cut in half and rubbing against the right rear tire that I had just gotten replaced the other month. My shocks are only leaking not exploded like Wade Ford said. Yes they need to be replaced. They have a call into Hardy Family Ford for my parts and I will be lucky to get my car back by Friday. He said I sure got my car to him in time. Wade Ford lied to me about rotating my tires because Smyrna Tire said the new tire they put on the other month was still on the rear right side. I finally got the shop floor man told him I wanted the video of my car being worked on.  After I spoke to him, the general manager called me back as the service manager passed his office. He talked to him and told him he needed to investigate everything and call me back. That’s when I found out. I was lied to when they told me about rotating my car tires .  and I sure let him know he had no good mechanics no good mechanic would let a woman leave their building with a leaky brake line. 😡😡😡
