Excellent communication services and repairs. They came out and replaced my dead battery and drove my car back to me. Superior service!
The service on the car was not. Complained "check engine light was on". Result: gas cap was leaking fumes--assumption it was because I didn't tighten the cap (I always make sure it's tight and it "clicks". They charged me for a diagnostic test (had the car less than 1 year). Barely a week later the "check engine light was on" again!!! I was getting messages from the manufacture and from Parks to bring the car in. As my husband had been hospitalized, I could not bring it in and they agreed to pick it up Monday 3/9 at 8:30 a.m. Finally picked up about 11:30. They ran a diagnostic again, and decided a faulty gas cap and ordered a new one - under warranty. They promised to have the car returned to me Wednesday morning first thing. It was returned at 4:30. Beause of this I had to cancel plans. I am angry. I mentioned the first diagnostic test should be refunded. Have seen nothing, nor do I expect it.
Olga always takes very good care of us. The only not so good thing was the terrible odor in my car when I picked it up?
Michelle in the loaner department is awesome! Cody in service is really nice as well.
