Clean, Fair Pricing, great service department, and our salesman Dean really helped my wife and I out with the perfect car.
I had just found out that my car had been declared a total loss. I couldn’t take it not being able to drive. I had major surgery on my foot and could finally drive after 2 months. The very first time I drove I was hit in a parking lot totaling my car. So I went online looking for exactly what I wanted and found ONE in a 100 mile radius that was in my price range (which makes a new car a no go lol), the only thing it didn’t have that I would like to have had was the red color, not a major thing at all. I test drove it and fell in love!! I got one heck of a deal and everyone was so nice in helping me and being empathetic to my plight, from Tom the sales manager, to Jamie the salesman and Charles the finance manager. I felt truly cared for and couldn’t have lucked out anymore than I did. Call it fate or call it karma, whatever, I’m just a happy little bee in a hive! Thank you everyone who helped me get my 2020 Mazda CX30 Premier🍀❤️
This dealership adds $2000 to the price of the car for greed only. The salespeople are rude and argumentative. The general manager condones this behavior because she is combative herself. Beware!!!
I had a appointment for a oil change. They had my car in right away. (Great) An hour and a half later the mechanic said I needed new brake pads.(I asked for the brakes to be checked) Meanwhile the mechanic said he put my dashboard trim back? I asked if the buttons work? He was mystified. I specifically told the desk people about the button issue and that the buttons don’t work when the trim is installed. My mechanic is not desirable! It makes sense to put your “lesser “mechanics on oil change duty but Jesus Christ ! 90 minute oil change? Really? I watched the guy amble around back and forth for a good 15 minutes plus. I hope he didn’t screw up the dashboard or the parts. I am very concerned about weather or not he did well at brake school!!! I have been a customer here for over 20 YEARS ! Probably my last visit
Received wonderful service at Bommarito Mazda West County when having a few repairs done on my Mazda CZ-9. Robert promptly welcomed me and got everything started so I could be on my way in a timely manner. Both Robert and the technician were courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I am happy to know that when I need to add service or repair of my car to the to-do list, it will be a pleasant experience. Thanks very much!
I negotiated a sale online. I drove 1.5hrs to your dealership. Beforehand I mentioned I was disabled and had trouble walking. MULTIPLE TIMES VERBALLY AND BY TEXT. THEY UNDERSTOOD BEFOREHAND. I arrived. They led me up and down the stairs when I arrived anyway. You think they could have tried to keep the work all on the same floor, but noooo. I did not even complain then. No one without a disability can be perfect. I get that. I had arranged for a test drive and buy a car I never seen before in person. No one mentioned it was hail damaged online or over the phone. It was not mentioned online. I asked the finance officer about it after he mentioned gap insurance can protect me if hail damage totals my car when it comes to insurance. I tried to ask him about it and he said: "let's finish up this paperwork and you can ask the sales manager about it." When I asked about it, the sales manager told me it was an inexpensive repair. He offered me $250 dollars would cover it after I bought it and offered me a check, and told me I could even turn it on my insurance. He pressured me hard to commit insurance fraud. GAVE me his business card and walked off. My ride to the dealership had thought I bought a car and said goodbye in my chaos and left already. I was left with my hands full to try to get my insurance company to cover my car. I was afraid to leave. I suffer from depression and anxiety. My legs were swelling from my edema and club food. I did not know what to do so I added the car to my insurance. I left the lot about 6 blocks away. I called my sister. She advocated for me about what was going on. She mentioned to the sales manager he committed fraud. He cut her off and said I could pick another vehicle for the same price or I could undo the deal. I could not trust them at that point. I was sick to my stomach and scared. I returned the car. He said he would shred the paperwork. He could not provide a document stating the sale was void. I walked in the midst of rain in the evening, by myself. It was 30 degrees outside. I did not know where to go. I limped literally limped about two blocks across a four-lane road that was extremely busy with no crosswalk to get out of the cold at a restaurant. That is how I walk in the early afternoon when my swelling starts, but now it is evening. This is when I could get blood clots if I am not careful. I have had nothing to eat, my clothes are damp, and I am alone in a part of St. Lous I have never been. I was like this for nearly 2hrs. They took advantage of Me. A disabled person, in visible discomfort, manipulated them into buying a severe hail damaged car with high-pressure aggressive sales tactics. Berated him saying he backed out on a deal like a piece of filth. Leered at him. This is why you should NEVER buy from Bommarito Automotive group. They are an abusive group of people. Never in my life have I been so disrespected and I never have gone out of my way even asking for it. I just get equal respect. I'd list all there names with this but they do not even bother leaving the preowned team names on the website including the real ones. I never saw any of those people there. I sent this to their customer service via a reply to an email and this was their exact reply. We do not have stairs. I think you have the wrong store.
