What Others Say

Mathew Foulke went above and beyond to service my 2016 Forester after a faulty transmission part installation. He arranged reimbursement of my tow bill and had the repair done in a couple of days. I appreciate the customer care and complete satisfaction!

Jordan Hilms went above and beyond to try and meet my needs, I was hard on him and shopped around a lot. He ultimately got me to a price point I thought was a great deal. But I went on this venture without consulting my partner. Ultimately we did not buy a car, but I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a ride.

Had the best experience today purchasing our new truck. Our salesman Jordan was so great throughout the entire process.

Made an appointment to have my snow tires mounted on Forester and I explicitly stated that I did not want a 4-point inspection which was previously done 2 most ago and I paid a considerable amount of money for those repairs. Young, disrespectful service tech did not listen and completed another inspection and insisted that I needed more repairs at a high cost. Totally unethical to disregard my request. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Quirk and will not do so in the future.

People dealt with all great. Only complaint advertising stickers on cars paint job is unacceptable!

You wrote a review for Quirk Subaru of Bangor 11 minutes ago 1.0 star rating4/10/2023 Quirk put rear brakes on my Subaru 1 1/2 years ago at a cost of $600. Those brakes failed after only 20,000 miles of use (mostly highway miles on Rte 1). Brakes are supposed to last 30,000-60,000 miles, depending on driving style and city or rural use. The front brakes that weren't replaced by Quirk lasted 80,000 miles, which is a good indication of my senior driving style. Quirk and National Subaru essentially said "too bad", the warranty was 1 year. I hope there will be a class action suit to reimburse consumers for the crappy brakes Quirk and perhaps other Subaru service depts. are using. For this reason, I would not recommend Quirk for car servicing.
