The service department is second to none. Every employee is very professional and friendly. Special kudos to Bob Parente, who's customer service skills are second to none. I was originally going to wait, but the car needed work beyond the oil change & tire rotation that was scheduled. I do need to note that the new furniture in the waiting area is not appropriate for the disabled; the chairs slide backward when you try to stand, which is a fall risk.
I have always found it easy to schedule my maintenance appointments and they are willing to work around my schedule.
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great hospitality providing refreshments. Wish the process didn’t take so long and be so cumbersome with multiple staff involved in the steps along the way. Took nearly a full day to buy a car.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. David was extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze, as did Mike. Test drove the car on Tuesday after work. Got back with David early Friday morning, we handled all of the specifics on Friday via phone/e-mail. 9AM Saturday appointment to sign everything and was out of there in a little over an hour. Definitely recommend this dealership!
