Highly Recommend Chris Krason and Wickstrom Ford. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. All of the associates were very nice. We worked directly with Chris Krason, and he was the best. We have been through the car buying process a few times recently, and this experience was far and above the best. We told Chris what our budget was and what we were looking for and he made it happen quickly. It was also the first time having our 16 and 19 year old kids a part of the car buying process, and Chris was very patient and friendly. He answered all their questions and helped them get set up in the new vehicle.

From start to finish, an excellent experience. Jared Nelson, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kept in contact with me as he was finding the exact car, which took only a few days. The day we picked up the car he seemed genuinely excited for me! Although the process of picking up a new car tends to be a bit long, he continually made sure that he was right there with us answering any and all questions. He took his time and was very patient while going through the workings of my new car, assuring me to feel free to call him if I was having difficulty with anything. Before we left, he asked if we'd like him to take a photo, which turned into a small photo shoot. Also, the Finance Manage, David Didier was excellent! Gave us information on different options, without ever being pushy. He let us decide what would work best for us with giving his opinion only when asked. I would highly recommend Wickstrom!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We ran into a couple of issues when applying for a loan, and Chris was on top of it and let us know how to move forward.
