Just wanted to let you know last weekend we took our mazda in for warranty issues , we looked at the new Mazdas and wanted to upgrade , however the guy that helped us was not willing to really help us in any way , so we went across the street ,That is where we meet Thed ,Thed helped us so much that I was fiixing to buy a car I didnt even want because he worked so hard and was really a nice guy . We then gave it about 5 days to think and research and we decided we wanted the new Mazda CX9 but only wanted Thed to help us even though he worked across the street well he had it ready for us making lots of runs back and forth from car lots . Im telling you now being a business owner ourselves thed is a big asset to your company and deserves lots of praise . In 4 years we will be shopping for 2 new cars for our kids and we are going wher ever Thed is . And I also want to say the only reason we stayed with Mazda is because the service dept lady is amazing and on point with every visit we had wlwith our 2012 cx9 .
I was expecting a high pressure sales pitch, going to mangers and negotiating back and forth. I was pleasantly surprised with Chris listening to what my expectations were and his honesty. He made the process pleasant and I would buy from him again
After being treated poorly at sandy sansing Mazda and not even spoken to at Hill Kelly we decided to try across the street and I'm glad we did!! Greg greeted us as soon as we drove up and catered to our every need (even my 3 yr old). I was approved the day before but denied by same bank that day so manger Sean went out of his way and spoke with bank manager and got me the deal I wanted!! I love my new suv! This is where we will be for our next vehicle!
we bought a car there and it did not have a spare tire,the salesman no longer with them never called back and when I gave my number to the manager he never called back! All they care about is putting the units out after that your on your own,really poor customer service and follow up,I don't recommend them to nobody you will be better off at a smaller dealer who needs. Your support and actually cares enough to at least call back,I had to get the spare.we will not be going back to there lot.
John Chambers is extremely helpful and provides top notch service every time I get my Sebring worked on. He is polite and trustworthy. John always goes above and beyond to ensure quality results.
The vehicle I was looking for was not on the lot, but that did not stop Lawrence and Sandy Sansing Mazda. They searched until they found exactly what I wanted and had it on their lot within days. I was completely satisfied and pleased the way I was treated by Lawrence and every other Sandy Sansing Mazda employee I had the pleasure to meet and or work with.
