This is hands down the most impressive dealership in Northeast Ohio. I located a vehicle online and decided to visit Lexus of Cleveland. I was introduced to Katie Knaze upon arrival. Katie was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and patient which isn't the case at many dealerships. I will definitely return to this dealership and request Katie for my next vehicle purchase.

Great experience at Lexus of Cleveland with Terry Ramey! We were VERY particular about the car we wanted and she worked with us to get one that matched exactly. She was patient and communicated well throughout the process. Day of pickup was smooth and quick! Tysean Yorke did a great job explaining the technology to us and this was a much appreciated and unexpected bonus! To top it all off, there was a large wind storm with lots of falling trees and downed power lines and Terry went above and beyond to keep our new car inside over night as we had come from out of state and did not have a garage space to keep it. Highly recommend!
