First called on 6/18. They delivered the car I wanted to my driveway in MD in less than two weeks, the car exactly as advertised. Very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had.
This dealership was amazing. I would highly recommend going here, they were honest, polite and didn’t try to hassle us.
I have to say.. My salesman ( James Patten ) is amazing. You tell him what you want and he searches till he finds everything in your check list. Mike Bass Ford is the best dealership HANDS DOWN!!! I have found in northeast Ohio. Never been disappointed when buying a car with them..
