Just wanted to give huge thanks to JD and LaTosha Allen for helping me find a highly sought after, limited-production edition model Lexus. I was a remote buyer from Georgia and JD made it such a smooth process every step of the way. Prices were the most transparent, communication was by far the fastest, and the trade-in value for my old vehicle was the most competitive as well. Great customer service went above and beyond to help get everything together, patient while I had to scatter all over with gathering all the documents. Had a great experience At Cleveland Ford. Jayden And Chris did a fantastic job of getting me into a lightly used 2025 ELANTRA N. I drove from Florida to Tennessee to pick this vehicle up. Everything was as expected when arrived and took delivery. It was a fun 16 hour round trip.
