My wife and I had a good experience with Luther Kia. No pressure sales folks there, which made the process alot better. We worked with Rich to find the right car and he was great. We did however have an issue with the car when we noticed a leak the first night. We informed Kia and they took the car back to inspect and gave us a loaner which was great. The only downfall was their inaccurate timeline they gave us for repair. After explaining the inaccurate timline to the regional manager Dan, he acted quickly to resolve the issue and on top of that, thew in a new set if tires for the 5 day inconvenience. It was over all a good car buying experience.

Amazing service, attention to detail on the car, so accommodating to our concerns. We went to 4 dealerships prior and this place out shined all of them. Luther Kia of Bloomington made my first new car purchase very easy! All the staff I encountered had amazing customer service! Christine is absolutely amazing, she kept me updated the following day after I did a test drive to insure me my car was not sold, so I could go home and get the rest of the information I needed. Mike in financing, was awesome as well! I did not feel pressured into anything!

Bought a new 2025 Kia Telluride from Christine @ Luther Kia Bloomington. She was very professional. Handled all the paperwork and shipped my Telluride to the Louisville KY area. Even sent me pics and aa video of my car before shipment. She did a amazing job.

Jim was a very straight forward and direct sales person that gave honest straight answers to my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and he spent a significant amount of time explaining the car's technology to me and my wife when delivering the new Telluride. You guys are beyond lucky to have him part of your team. not only did he help calm my nerves due to poor past experiences and customer service or lack of at other dealer ships i was nervous but he answered all my question in detail slowly and in English language not the big word stuff he laughed at my horrible jokes. and had me in and out in a decent time .
