Routine service and auto pickup went smoothly including a recall fix and I think a software update. I had some problem getting the navigation connection with my iPhone and attributed it to the s/w update, but it appears to be working now.
We bought a new Forester, our second Suburu. Everything was smooth & everyone was on their game. Salesman Devin was very helpful. I've had considerable car maintenance done in their service department and it has always been smooth.
Service representatives are cheerful and helpful. All maintenance was handled in a timely manner. All items checked were reviewed with me before I left. I even had a quick car wash.
