I would recommend that at least one sign be placed out front to direct drivers where the service entrance is. To me, I shouldn't even need to look for it, it should be that obvious. I looked and never saw it. Both employees in the service area were very nice, but clearly that area is short-handed. I probably waited 10 minutes to be helped. When I returned, my car was sitting outside, ready to go. I only waited a minute or two for my keys.

I just had my windshield replaced. Jack was excellent at his job and knowledge. He even went out of his way to show me the correct way that it is done. Thanks for the excellent customer service!!!

Christopher is always on top of everything and was ready to get us taken care of before we even walked in the door. He knew the last service date and recommendations for today's service. He's always professional, friendly and thorough. James checked us in and out, and was also professional, friendly and thorough as well. Overall, we received EXCELLENT customer service!
