My service manager, Josh, was friendly, courteous, very efficient. He took into account that I live out of town and needed to get out of town the next day. He managed to get my vehicle into a service technician right away, and they fixed the problem within an hour. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I contacted several Toyota dealership in the area and was looking for a RAV4 Limited. Most of the other guys could not be bothered. Not Berge they had a backup plan and helped me with a plan. In the end though. I ended up buying a better car my choice not their. I went with a Criwn Signia. A better version of the RAV4 in my opinion.

Very happy with my purchase. The salesman Reilly Lavelle was, kind and courteous. If he didn't know an answer to a question. He looked it up and did not try to guess or make up answers. I respected that and really made the deal happen. The finance person treated me with respect. Everyone I met was very nice. I purchase a new car every two or three years. I will definitely come back.
