Service center does its best and is as helpful and creative as they can be to get the customer back on the road. Subaru corporate, though, does not seem to care about customer experience, which creates its own issues.
Service team was great and communication was excellent. Facility is top notch. My critique is when being given an estimate, only the labor is presented and not parts. When asked, it was explained there is a separate parts invoice and a labor invoice. The service agent stated my service cost would be $120 plus tax. My estimate stated $92. The final cost was $137, in line with expectations but reinforcing the estimate is not accurate. Is the purpose of an inaccurate estimate to have transparent pricing or hide cost. Imagine the inaccuracy of a significant repair estimate!!!

JP is awesome to work with. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. JO explains vehicle service requirements and recommendations with acute clarity. The dealership is clean and tidy. I love the popcorn, coffee and snacks freely available. It is always comfortable to wait for my vehicle.
Great service all around. JP noticed a recall for passenger side airbag sensors, so i added that to the regular service, and because of the extra time for this procedure, JP arranged for Lyft service back home and then back again to the dealer! Three days later, during a driving rain storm, we hit a deer and the air bags deployed successfully! We were not injured though the windshield was cracked and the grille and one fender damaged. So glad for his attention to detail and accommodating my transportation to and from home!
JP did a great job of keeping me informed on my service recall and oil change.
