I always take me 2017 Kia Sorento to Central Kia of Plano for service. I had a brake light out, purchased the lights from an auto part store thinking I could change it out from using the manual. Well, not so much. Kia of Plano service fit me in their busy schedule and put in the light for me. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and help. Professional and caring people.
Worked with Paul Gomez during a service checkup. He went out if his way to help me get scheduled in and out as I had other appointments to work with..
They handled my recalls very fast. They were great over the phone and contacted me in timely manner when my car was done.
I have been a customer since 2014. I have purchased 4 Kia’s from Central Kia Plano. I love them all but the service center is their jewel in their crown. The best team ever! Paul took me through my entire process with kindness & compassion. My personal thanks to him & Emily, she heads up the Department.
My service advisor Kirk and the gal at the desk who checked me in, Bree, were both friendly and efficient. It will be nice though when the dealership is no longer a construction zone!
