Everyone was nice I told them I wanted my sales tax included in the loan he said I will work on that. It wasn’t included.and did not tell me it wasn’t. Also included other things I didn’t know like windshield replacement. What it that ??? Not happy. he was your topical car salesman. Said everything you wanted to hear and didn’t do what he said.

I would give zero of I could. Very dishonest and unprofessional place I have ever been. Wanted to charge me $17,000 over asking price, when the car was listed for 35,000 and I had $10,000 equity in the car I was trading in. Walked out during signing. Bait and switch at its finest. No one could explain the numbers to me or give me the actual price of the vehicle. Caution to any women planning to go alone, just don't do it save your time. Billings Volkswagen needs to clean house.

Please, oh please do not buy ANYTHING from this dealer. I bought a KIA Soul in 2020. I bought the extended warranty package. Right after my husband was diagnosed with and died of esophageal cancer. So two years later after his death I am going through papers. I can’t find the warranty contract. I call them and they said a mistake was made, the contract was never completed, and that they will refund my $3700. Well that was two months ago. I have worked with Donna, Taylor, George and Matt. Also Kia Consumer Affairs. I am no closer to a refund as I was two months ago. One hint for you. They like to say they will absolutely call you back in two days, but they never do. Let’s stroll along to Service. They told me that if I get my regular service anywhere else, it void will my entire warranty. Two people told me. It is not only untrue (with one, also not mentioned, codicil). but it is against a federal law to tell that to your customers. They also told me that they have a young girl’s car, in service right now, because she used a Jiffy Lube filter and has $16,000 in repairs. Funny, I had the same pitch made to me when I bought the warranty, except it was the guy’s grandmother, and it was $15,000. At least they have adjusted for inflation. Finally they are padding their services. They told me I needed a $250 service to my fuel injectors. The manual specifically says that the fuel injectors are built in, and only need to be checked if there is a performance problem. I complained about all of these things to a manager, and he said he would call me in two days. Ha ha. I love my KIA Soul. I love driving it everyday. But I would never buy one, from what I am going through now. Please, please save yourself and do not let your friends, family or anybody else use this dealer.

After going to several dealership I had almost given up hope finding a new car. I decided to give it one last try when I went to this dealership. The girl that helped was Sara.. She was super nice and full of energy after seemed to be forever she finally to find my families new car. As long as she at the dealership they ha e our business and I will make sure that I refer her to all my family and friends.
