What Others Say

Was excited to purchase on upgraded version of my jeep. Had to wait to take it home because it had to be serviced. I was told it would be ready for over a week and when I asked for an accurate date, I feel like the jeep was rushed to me. Only for the check engine light to come on 3 days later. Now 2 weeks in I don’t have a vehicle at all and no update from the guy that sold it to me or management in the current status of my “new” purchase. Update: Vehicle has now been returned twice due to check engine lights guy being on. Initially only the gas cap was replaced. 2 days later the check engine list is on again. This the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.

Cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. They advertise that they’ll give you up to $4,000 over market value for your trade… but *only* if you agree to the $3,996 service and $1,000 gap plans. Whoever trains these guys most certainly doubles as a magician because that “extra trade value” ✨ disappears ✨ the second you decline either one. I especially loved the part where the online inventory turned out to be fictional. They have four 2025 Jettas with under 10,000 miles listed on their website for $20,000 or less for sale. The second you get there? “Oh, we haven’t had those since January. Corporate handles the website, and they fall behind…” Sure. Okay. But don’t worry, they DID have a conveniently more expensive 2026 model available for “only” $5,000 more. How thoughtful, right? The entire experience was dishonest, pushy, and incredibly unsavory. Misleading advertising and hoping customers are too overwhelmed to notice is… certainly a choice. 🥸

All dealerships suck, but this one really takes the cake. I was in there for 8 hours trading in my car: was almost convinced into buying a car I didn't originally want (just to be told they also hate that car), I had a dashcam installed in my original car and was told their service team would remove it for me 'no problem!' and then found out I had to pay for it (the sales woman did purchase me a new one, so I am grateful for that), I was originally told one finance timeline and was later told a different one once I started singing docs (stupid me should've fought it out but I was over it after 8 hours). I was told they'd be able to get the second keyfob from the previous owners, but then got told I need to buy one myself. It took them almost a full month to payoff my previous loan; I resorted to calling a couple time a week by the end of it and was practically told to chill out. I called to cancel the GAP insurance within 10 days of buying the car, checked in around the 4 week mark and was told my form was submitted and processing and to give it time, and today (about 7 weeks in) I was told they never submitted or processed any cancellation requests. W T F I can't rate this place any worse

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible place with horrible people in it. They are supposed to do routine check ups on the vehicle and tell you, that you can't take it any where else, just so they can take parts off of your vehicle and send you recalls about it and then tell you they don't have the part they stole from you. shady activity all around, they need to be investigated. and the contracts are lowkey scams too, they promise things and make them xxxx near unobtainable even though you already paid extra for it.

I had a horrible experience with Cypress Volkswagen. I booked an appointment for Friday, October 25th, after agreeing on an out-the-door price with the sales manager and Mr. Williams. Everything was confirmed, and we were ready to finalize the deal. However, just five minutes before my appointment, Mr. Williams called to say he didn’t know where the car was — apparently, a “sister dealership” had taken it. No prior notice, no apology, and no effort to make it right. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of transparency wastes people’s time and trust. If you’re looking to buy from a reliable dealership that honors its word, I strongly recommend avoiding Cypress Volkswagen.

Have had serveral terrible experiences with this dealership from sales to service. They lie to get you in the door, play games with pricing and leave you sitting for hours while they "discuss with their manager". We were told by Malinda to stop in and she'd have several cars ready for us to test drive. When we arrived she was no where to be found and we were told none of the cars she mentioned were even at the dealership. They lie, waste your time and try to scam you on price. They overspent building this dealership and are trying to push the costs off on their customers. The service department tries to tack on extra fees, told us we needed new tires with 10k miles on the car and when we called them out they say "oh, we mixed up the vehicles". If I could give zero stars I would! Avoid like the plague!
