Tanner was helpful. I had oil change and tire rotation. It was done less than hour.
Tanner Pitocchelli is an exemplary service advisor and I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to have him explain everything thoroughly with accuracy and attention to detail. His style is unparalleled! I am always informed and given spot-on information about my Subaru Outback and I find his estimates and knowledge extremely helpful in planning future work. I will not go to any other Subaru dealer! Having such an attentive, kind and intelligent service advisor is a rarity, Tanner is wonderful and the only reason why I keep returning to Albrecht of Wakefield!

My car was taken right in when I arrived at my scheduled time. I was told it would take 90 minutes, and that's exactly what the service took. Great process!
My appointment was scheduled within a few days. I’m impressed with being serviced on time and in a timely manner. Plenty of comfortable sitting rooms while I wait.
The service was great. The sales person was really nice. I enjoyed the experience. I would go back there again and buy another car. I do think that this survey needing to write something as a pain.
