The service department was very clean. The employees are very efficient and polite. The waiting area had coffee and snacks available. The restrooms are very clean. I was amazed at the attention given to their customers.
Tammy is very professional. She took her time to explain all my questions and went into detail about the features of the car.She was also very helpful in negotiating a purchase price, never showing any pressure to reach an agreement. Their specialist on walking new car owners ( I believe he was Drew ) took me through the details of features of operating the vehicle. He set up my phone and iPad to the car, walked me through much of the touch screen and spent over two hours putting up with my limited tech knowledge.
