Nelson Ruiz was great to work with as far as sales !! Super nice guy!! Great communication!! However the only thing I am not happy about is I feel I was Bamboozled by the Extended Warranty..I assumed that I bought a Factory Extended warranty plan because I was dealing with a Chevrolet Dealer when in fact I was sold an aftermarket Extended warranty (which I would never have bought) Fact is I was excited to pick up the car and in a hurry and should have payed more attention...
