Juvenal was very pleasant and worked hard to help us find and be satisfied with our purchase. My only critique is he did not know a lot about the differences in the trim of the Elantra models. Otherwise he was great! I was very dissatisfied with the finance department employee, Jake McNeely. He was pleasant until we did not purchase a warranty package. Then he literally spoke 5 words to me. Just shoved the notepad to sign stuff with little to no explanation of what I was signing. Very rude, and didn’t even offer a handshake as we parted. Or a sentence. I understand he gets commission from the sale of the warranties, but he could still be professional if he doesn’t sell one. Other than Jake, it was a pleasant buying experience.

Great customer service and awesome employees can ask for anything else. I believe it’s a great place to shop a car.

This is my second palisade in 3 years. Jonathan R took time to create a video of the cars and send to me the night before my appointment. We found the right car after look at several of them. Finance was quick and easy. I would recommend Universal Hyundai to anyone needing a good deal.
