Not happy with customer service. I was supposed to receive a loaner vehicle from them. Instead I was asked for debit card. I will never use them again for service or purchase a vehicle. This was the third time I had to return for the same issue that was not corrected the first time. I've never been asked for a debit card to use a loaner.

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change and it was returned “fresh” inside and out. The floor mats were like new which is why I realized it was wiped down on the inside. I keep things tidy but there’s always dirt off your shoes - especially this time of year. Thanks Thayer

The staff is amazing! I spoke with a handful of different dealers and they all were very laid back. I felt absolutely no pressure to get into a vehicle and they were all so accommodating, even after I changed my mind, to get me into a vehicle I wanted AND could afford. Would definitely recommend!!

Called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. I was able to watch everything and went smoothly, Out on time. Chevy Colorado, not Toyota

Car was finished when promised. Tricia was very nice and waiting room was good. Will come back again. Repairs were good. Dealership was very clean.
