Trent was my service advisor, he was great. Communication and support was very good. I was pleased with my experience.
The service was great. But what bothered me. Was the salesmen hanging around the waiting area like vultures to the poor women that are waiting for their car to get fixed. I’m sure it would happen to men too, but there weren’t any except for me. I laugh at them. Like I am going to trade in my six month old Kia soul for something different.
The service was excellent. I was treated nicely. What bothers me is getting endless emails about wanting reviews and tell us about the service. I’m sorry, you’re a dealership. I expect my car to be backed with support to keep it running perfectly. But stop with the endless bombardment of “How did we do”.
I waited three hours for an oil change, and to have two recalls fixed. While waiting I spoke to Israel about the letter we received about terminating are lease early and getting into a newer car. We made an appointment for Saturday I received a letter in the mail from them saying my lease could be terminated early and they would put me in a newer car for the same payment or close. Unfortunately when we were there they were figuring we were trying to buy a new car, even though we brought the letter with us ! Which clearly stated we were leasing. So we got up and left after wasting an hour of our time. We will go to another Kia dealer an try and make a deal!
They're absolutely great. They went above and beyond to make my deal possible and also gave me advice on how to better my credit score which is greatly appreciated!!! Couldn't have picked a better place as a first time buyer!!!
Service was spot on Everyone was very welcoming.and I pretty well answered all this survey with less than 15 words reduce the number of words needed
