It would have been nice to speak with a real person when I called to schedule an appointment. I had additional questions other than scheduling. I also wanted to get in the same day because the heat stopped working in my brand new truck and it was 17 degrees outside. The automated system did schedule me for the same day, but when I arrived, I was not on the schedule. The advisor, Alexander, was very friendly and helpful and my truck was fixed pretty quickly.

The squad does not disappoint everything was processed quickly and professionally. I would encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to ask for Robert and the squad.
