Joe Vanek took care of my 2025 Maverick's battery issue without any hiccups. After explaining that my 8month old vehicle wouldn't start after returning from a week long vacation away, Joe agreed that the battery shouldn't have had any issues and should be covered under warranty. If I could get the vehicle to their service department, they could check it. I was able to jump-start it and drive it to Leif Johnson Ford of Manor, where Joe promptly received the vehicle, quickly diagnosed the bad battery, and replaced it without any hassle.
I have been a client of this location for a few months now and never had a problem, they all have been very attentive and polite.
