Easy and prompt (not waiting weeks for the vehicle to be scheduled). Everyone courteous. Vehicle work completed right the first time. Nice clean dealership. Spitzer makes getting service fun. The service department is the reason I own 2 Toyotas of my 3 vehicles and when my 3rd is due to replace I'll own 3 Toyotas!
Dropped off vehicle pm before for an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Job finished by mid am next day

We were towed in on a Sunday as car shut down on our return to Bucks County. Dealer got us diagnosed and repaired on Monday. James kept us updated, and since we were in a hotel without a car, the valet service was much appreciated
