My husband took the car to your your dealership. He was pleased but the representative told us the service would take no more than an hour and a half. It took over three hours.

The service was excellent. The associate was pleasant and helpful with recommendations and was accommodating with me getting the necessary work done that is needed for my car.

Today my visit with Buddy Chevrolet was much better than it has me in the past. Toni, was very knowledgeable and explain exactly what I needed to have done. My Hope is that everything was done properly and I won't have to go back until my next oil change.

The work was done well and on time, however the price was different from what I was quoted when scheduling. I was told $59.95 for an oil change when the actual charge was $89.95. No explanation was offered for this difference except to say the scheduler "looked at the wrong fees". How convenient.
