No sense of urgency with getting floor mats or visors for my vehicle. Not even the first aid kit. Honday surveys are bought for 10/10s and i would assume the same with their facebook. Maybe was a one off experience? But with no follow up from them i assume its just the way they do business.
Very friendly and curious staff both in sales and on the service side. They DO NOT charge above MSRP! We've bought three cars from this dealer and will continue to do so in the future.
I called several Honda dealerships requesting a Hybrid Accord. The sales person at Charlie’s in Augusta, ME. was the only one who answered my request & explained how to purchase the car I wanted since they didn’t have any at the dealership.. I gave them a deposit & the salesperson stayed in touch with me letting me know each phase of the car’s process - from the manufacture to it’s delivery. I picked up the car & everyone I dealt with at Charlie’s was super! They explained everything in detail. They were understanding, patient, & fair - words I don’t use casually to describe people in service positions. At 80 years old, I have purchased quite a few cars. This experience at Charlie’s Honda was the BEST & EASIEST! Thank you!
Brought my vehicle in for a timing belt, they got right on it and got it done in no time at all. They were really great with communicating with me and let me know what they found for other issues. I will be bringing my vehicle back for more work in the future.
