Excellent service experience on our Ford Edge. Service advisor Victor was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of our vehicle, and made recommendations for service to keep our Ford Edge running smoothly.

Service was completed on time. Good recommendation on which tire to purchase, not necarrily the most expensive. Appointment schedule at Ford for 4 new tires and alignment on the 13th, day of my choice.

Recall was supposed to be a couple hours. Brought in vehicle at 8:30am. They did have transportation to take me home. Vehicle wasn't finished until 4:30 pm. And they had no one available to pick me up so I had to rely on a neighbor.

I made my appointment, went in and got the service done. Overall about 45 minutes to get an oil change and let them inspect the truck. Oil and filter change about $95 . More than doing it myself, but no mess at home, and I didn't have to get under the truck for a change.
