It was a pleasant experience dealing with our salesman, Derek Moore, and to have the Sales Manager, Nick Bosak, introduce himself to us. There will always be some tense moments as the wheeling and dealing moves forward and especially coming to acceptable trade-in value and price of vehicle in closing. Having just purchased our new 2024 KIA Sportage PHEV in Vista Blue exterior and Black leather-like interior is gorgeous to us. Even a staff member from the Service Department came to us and introduced themselves and helped clarify the new vehicles oil change frequency. If zero is terrible to 10 extremely satisfied. I would give a rating of 10+ to Bosak KIA dealership located in Burns Harbor, Indiana. One thing to know about the KIA warranty it is not a full five-year / 60,000 mile warranty that was expected. It is 3-year / 36,000 miles warranty and modifies upto more limited warranty coverage of 5-year / 60,000 miles. Plus, there is more warranty coverage for roadside assistance, powertrain and PHEV components as well. So far we love the vehicle and does exactly what our salesman explained, but must say there is more to learning a PHEV vehicle. If you plan on buying a PHEV or All Electric make sure you get a 220 volt charger. The charger that comes with the vehicle is dedicated to 110 Volt and to fully charge the battery from 1-mile to 34-miles (battery size is 13.8 Kwh) took 22-hours. If used a 220 Volt charger takes 2 to 3-hours. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership and it's staff.

I walked in planning to just look, and maybe talk financing. I drove out with a new car. They even worked the last two payments for my old car into the price. The warranty coverage is excellent, hope I never need it. Thanks Janelle.
Love the Kia team there. Tom B has always been so resourceful and nice. I've gone to a competitor just because I was in the area and completely regretted it, I contacted Tom and Eric got everything taken care of. I've gone to them for my purchase and my service/maintenance needs
