8/21/2025. I entered the dealership and was met at the door and connected with Anthony the sales representative. My challenge to Anthony was I purchased a car three weeks earlier in under two hours, and I wanted to be in and driving away with a New F350 that Saturday at 2 pm in under 3 hours. Anthony started the timer on his cell phone. Anthony showed me four F350 and covered the details of each indepth and focused on my needs as a buyer. During the process, Anthony shared his prior military service with me. I was dealing with a fellow veteran. With Anthony’s help, I decided which F350 was right for me….in 43 minutes according to Anthony’s phone. We quickly agreed on a price and began the paperwork prep process which took 75 min. We finalized documentation while the vehicle was gassed and prepped. Anthony surrender the keys to me after pulling my new ride up to the front door, washed and warming up. I passed along my appreciation to Anthony and the Sales Manager for the prompt, courteous and streamlined service they provided over the past 2:40 h. Justin Sullivan is the best. He made sure we had all the info we needed to make decisions on repairs. The work was professional and he was very courteous. They arranged the pick up and delivery at no additional cost to us. I will use him again.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 F150 XLT Hybrid from McFarland Ford in Exeter, NH, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience! There I was - in desperate need of reliable transportation for my ride had long ago despaired to the cruel conditions of my early twenty’s and toddler parenthood. I crossed the threshold of the dealership and like an angel amongst rubble, Rachael stood triumphant. She beckoned me closer, “My child,” she said - “come in, for I can give you a great rate and fixed APR”. Doves flew from underneath her desk and the angelic gospel choir came out from the walls- unphased by the now seemingly unreliable structural integrity of the walls - singing hymns and encouragement of this too good to be true car. “Come my child, let’s take a test drive”. No sooner did the ignition turn than did my heart melt into the idea of owning this beauty. Gorgeous interior, comparable mileage , and wonderfully smooth on the treacherous 101. I was sold. Efficiently, we traded my 2010 ford for my new to me 2015 firs fusion and off into the sunset I drove, ready to battle and overcome even the most daunting of drives. Doves not included with the car. Whole team was great, they really sold me with the gospel gowns and attire.

Wonderful sales rep Steve McCathy was knowledgeable and made the experience of purchasing easy. Felt like we had be well served by him and also made a friend. Had to go back to adjust names on the title, Steve was great but Joe in finance not so much, wrong side of the bed I suppose. Bless you Joe to have a better attitude.
