What Others Say

We had a great experience working with Rob Haskell. He answered all of our questions and worked with the sales manager Chris to get us the best pricing. We had a small issue after purchasing the car and he had it taken care of immediately, to our complete satisfaction. Rob helped us find the car we needed at a price we could afford. Good experience, we highly recommend them.

Not a bad experience, but nothing special. I spoke to a couple different salesmen so it was kind of confusing. I feel like I got a good price for the car I purchased but it was disappointing that they did not honor the discounts the website portrayed (recent college grad and dealership fee price on website). Double check the financing information and numbers they give you because there were some mistakes made in the financing department that had to be corrected. Overall, not bad buying experience, but could have been better.

Three Honda's and almost 20 years of receiving service from Brown's Honda! I begin there because for the longest time, I did not mind paying a bit more at a dealership, thinking I was getting better quality customer service especially being a long time repeat customer. I felt safe and secure knowing Brown's was hopefully looking out for me and my car. The last thing I wanted was the wheels to fall off! September of 2018 I had both wheel bearings replaced with a 12/12 warranty...or so I thought! December 2018 an Axel broke and Brown's replaced that with a 12/12 warranty. Soon after I began to hear the same familiar "RuurUrrrUrr" noise coming from the left front as I did before the wheel bearings were replaced (over torqued on the axel?...Ill never know) and mentioned it to service every single time I went in for an oil change/tire rotation in 2019 (its on the service request I signed). Each time I was told either nothing was found, it could be CV Joints ORRRRR I could pay a diagnostic fee of around $150 to figure out what the noise was that would start over 20mph and during all turns. I looked it up on my own and then also had a mechanic friend test drive my car who said it was definitely the wheel bearing on the front left. Of course, by then my warranty had been expired by 4k miles and I my requests to check out the front left noise had been pushed aside every time I brought my car in for an oil/tire rotate which now, I believe, was because the front left wheel bearing was never actually replaced and they were pushing me aside waiting for the warranty to expire and then keep pushing that i pay the $150 diagnostic fee, which, by this time, my trust with Brown's had went from a 5 star to a 1 star. I took my car for a second opinion and the front left wheel bearing was never replaced, as suspected when they started brushing my "I hear noises" aside. I had the wheel bearing replaced by the second opinion shop with a 18/18 warranty and saved the parts. Although they do not wish to get into it with Brown's, they mentioned they received other customers with interesting complaints about Brown's in the last 2 years. I felt I needed to leave a review because of my experience. Now, I know what Brown's will say: If you had only paid the diagnostic fee we would of told you that the wheel bearing was in fact bad...but how can i be so sure since you were supposed to have replaced it and I was even told that is was highly unlikely that a new one would of gone bad in under 12 months/14k miles...but if that was the case, why didn't you diagnose it all of the times you did oil/tire rotation and had my car up on the lift as a customer service nice thing and waved the diagnostic feel especially if in the last few months I kept mentioning the noise and even asked if both wheel bearings were actually replaced? I know what the paperwork says and I know I paid for 2 wheel bearings however, If you had found out that the wheel bearing on the left front was never replaced, would you have actually replaced it or tried to cover it up even more? At a certain point a person just feels like they are getting screwed and they see no positive way out other than start looking for a new mechanic they feel they can trust. I expect nothing to come of this as it is one mechanics word vs another mechanics 25+ years expertise. I don't even know how to make sure this does not happen to someone else other than ASK FOR YOUR OLD PARTS! Even then, a shop can find any old part laying around and hand it to you. My service guy was always super nice but since I have no idea who the mechanic was who worked on my car, I can only hope this was a legit mistake on his part. No one should feel unsafe in their car especially leaving a dealership.

Had a good experience working with Rob Haskell and sales manager Chris to buy a used Honda Odyssey. They make the process easy and don’t play games with pricing. If you value your time and want to actually enjoy buying a car I recommend them.

My salesman (Chris) delivered exactly what we discussed via email before I arrived, without a lot of wasted time negotiating. Entire sales process was clear and efficient. Vehicle was immaculate!

My mother and I just bought a car inOctober and at first we thought we waited too long to come buy a car on a Saturday but Marco our salesman was great he was not too pushy or rushing, some salesman are at your door before you even get out 👌we were given space and time to decide great experience i will go back Thanks
