Customer relations has improved from years past. I would like to suggest a courtesy pickup and drop off for vehicles being serviced or repaired. It might be the deciding factor when service is needed. I know that I would have appreciated the offer.

The service manager explained the reason for the recall amd had my truck back to me when promised.
