I brought my 2006 Nissan Xterra in for catalytic converter replacement ahead of a required California smog inspection. Jeff in the service department made sure the parts were in stock and that the work could be completed without delays. The process was straightforward. I was provided with a loaner car so I could get to work, and the repair was completed the same day as promised. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was ready to go and had been washed. Overall, a smooth and well-coordinated service experience.
Was greeted promptly. Jeff was efficient and informative about the repairs to my vehicle. He was courteous and clearly explained everything.

I was an original owner of the Leaf in 2011. It is still running but I wanted to get the latest 2026 Leaf as I love the design and the improved range. Talia was very helpful as we decided on the best model and color and made the purchase easy! Also, Summer in finance helped navigate the purchase nicely. I recommend Nissan of Tustin.

Just bought my car here and had a great experience! After going to over a dozen different dealerships, we found Nissan of Tustin and their amazing staff. Jake kept us informed throughout the whole process and Summer did an amazing job at ensuring I was aware of everything I was signing and what all my options were.
