In January,I needed my Kia Serento seen for a problem in Utica, Ny. the local Kia did not have an opening til 2/25, over a month away. I called Burdick Kia and was able to get a service appointment within 3 day. I was dropping the car off early because a planned vacation. There was no problem with that for them. They also were able to get to the car problem earlier than planned. The service manager, Ms Harris, has been so helpful in getting me in for service. I would highly recommend Burdick Kia and the service department .Thank you again for helping me out.
MARK YOUR TIRES!! I went in on Monday 9/9 to have routine service done. The following Friday, I noticed that although I paid for a tire rotation, it wasn't done. When I called with the issue they asked me how I knew the tires weren't rotated. I told them that I ran over a nail about 5 weeks ago and installed a patch kit on the right rear tire and it was still there (if the tires had been rotated the tire with the plug in it wouldn't still be in the right rear position). The receptionist said that she needed to talk to the manager who wasn't there, but took my name and said he would call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back on Monday morning and spoke to Breanne. She said she would take my name and someone would call me back. Again, I didn't hear anything so I called back on Tuesday, twice, and spoke to Jasmine and Dana. They said would take my name and that someone would call me back. I told Dana that I've been waiting 3 days for someone to call me back because each time I've been told the manager wasn't there but they would give him my message. I asked who "him" was and they said "Jamie". I still haven't heard anything, my tires are still not rotated, and I'm out the money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, including my next lease. Salesman was a pleasure to work with. Marques was very knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. 15 words minimum is a stupid requirement on your review so how's this for filling the gap?
Not impressed with dealership in past dealings but this salesman was top notch and took care of the needs of my daughter. a positive experience because of him. Michael Flanagan
Salesman was very good dealing with us and the cash we had on hand to pay for the vehicle. Not financed.
I purchased a car from a dealership (don’t want to use names) but the guy screams “HUGE” on TV! There was a recall for all 2011 - 2013 certain models and only out of a manufacture plant from the Midwest. I also had a warranty on it still. These scam artists denied my claim 3 different times. The cowards hid behind a 3rd party company that supposedly denied my claim. They said it looks like I haven’t replaced my oil. I could not prove 1 out of 5 oil changes.Then had the nerve to ask me if I want to buy another car? What xxxx! So hears the good news: I happened to be shopping for another car at Burdick KIA and I happened to be talking with the service manager about my service issue and he told me to bring the car in. He originally told me that it may take 2-3 weeks to replace the engine, it was done in 10 days! I asked him why he did not ask about oil changes and he said: “I can tell that you changed your oil, I also seen the recall problem in the oil”! Needless to say I purchased a new car anyways just to show my gratitude. Thank you Kia Family for reaffirming my belief that there are still good companies out there that truly care about their customers. Thank you again BURDICK Family!
