Would have liked to see y’all have more service options on the weekend. Or at least be alerted that why I selected when making the appointment could not all be addressed at that time. It would make for better planning on the clients part. Brandon was great.
Excellent great fantastic Chester made the car buying experience enjoyable. I drove from Oklahoma and it was worth the drive.
Everyone was very kind, polite, and accommodating. They did everything possible to make the whole process to move along seamlessly.
BJ was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Provided options and made sure I was well taken care of.
Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the electronics. I chose to work with her over other GMC and Chevy dealerships. C7 Scottie also did a great job. OnStar however needs to be managed. That part is still not resolve from no fault of Tom Clark.
