Only negative was the quality of the car detailing on several cars I looked at. Several were not cleaned to a luxury brand dealership standard and the car I purchased had a high shine product applied to the leather seats, which was difficult to remove. More xxxxxxto Karina for trying to remove the shine herself. Jordan Mitchell was pleasant to deal with while finalizing the sale and paperwork.
